Terms and Conditions — j9999 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and j9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account on j9999 and using any service offered through the platform — including but not limited to live casino games, PSL betting, Aviator, jackpot slots, virtual sports, and Ludo — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

j9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of j9999 after notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you must stop using j9999 and may request account closure via our support team.

These Terms are written in English and governed accordingly. In the event of any dispute, the English version of these Terms takes precedence over any translated version.

To register and use j9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j9999 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals may be held pending identity verification.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other non-human legal entity.
• You must be accessing j9999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not specifically prohibited for your use. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion database. If you have previously self-excluded from gambling services, you must not attempt to register on j9999. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and using your own funds. Playing on behalf of third parties or using funds sourced from third parties without their knowledge is a violation of these Terms.

j9999 may require identity verification documents at any time. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe may have their accounts suspended or closed and any pending withdrawal requests placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on j9999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. j9999 employs technical and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your j9999 account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. j9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service.
• Do not access j9999 on shared or public devices unless you are certain you can prevent others from accessing your session.
• Log out of j9999 after each session when using a shared device.
• Contact j9999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

The information you provide when registering must be accurate and complete. Providing false registration details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

j9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. j9999 does not apply any deposit fees on local PKR payment methods. Fees applied by your bank or payment provider are beyond j9999's control.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment account belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms. j9999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your account.

Deposits made in error — for example, a transfer to the wrong account number — must be reported to j9999 support within 24 hours. j9999 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred to incorrect accounts by player error.

• Deposits are credited to your j9999 wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 1 banking hour to confirm depending on your bank.
• Visa/Mastercard deposits are processed subject to card issuer approval and may take up to 30 minutes.
• j9999 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party aggregators not listed in these Terms.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the limits and conditions below. j9999 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. Withdrawal requests must be for funds that belong to you and originate from genuine gameplay activity on j9999.

Withdrawal limits vary by account tier. Standard account daily withdrawal limits are Rs 50,000. VIP Club members have higher limits: Silver Rs 100,000 / Gold Rs 250,000 / Platinum Rs 500,000 / Diamond Rs 1,000,000 per day. For more information on VIP tiers and benefits, see the VIP Club page.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes for standard accounts.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within the same banking day.
• j9999 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported PKR payment method.
• j9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not a reflection on individual players.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under security review. j9999 will notify you by email if this is the case and will aim to resolve the review within 48 hours.

j9999 offers various bonus promotions to eligible players — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms attached to it. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.

Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses on j9999 carry a wagering requirement — meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page. Games with a high house edge contribution count less towards wagering requirements than others — contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the specified eligibility criteria for that promotion.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies to most standard promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
• j9999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the point of discontinuation will be notified and the promotion will be honoured under its original terms where technically feasible.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts or through any form of arbitrage — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus-derived balance.
• VIP Club cashback credits — Bronze to Diamond — are credited to your main balance and carry no wagering requirement. This is specified separately from standard bonus terms because it represents j9999's commitment to transparent reward delivery for loyal players.

j9999 reserves the right to void any bonus and reclaim bonus-derived winnings from any player who is found to have provided false information, breached these Terms, or exploited a technical error to generate bonus credit.

All games on j9999 — including live casino, jackpot slots, Aviator, virtual sports, PSL betting, and Ludo — operate under specific game rules that are displayed within each game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all players. In the event of a dispute about a specific game outcome, j9999's records are considered the definitive source of truth.

j9999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all computer-generated game outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors to confirm statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-run theoretical return over millions of rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

• Malfunction of any game or technical error voids all bets placed during the affected period. j9999 will refund bet amounts to affected players' main balances in the event of a confirmed technical malfunction.
• Live casino game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. Technical issues affecting video delivery do not alter the result of a game round that was physically completed.
• PSL and sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• j9999 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred — for example, where decimal odds have been incorrectly entered. Affected players will be notified and bet amounts refunded.
• Collusion between players in any game mode that allows competition or interaction between accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

j9999 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming behaviour and we take reports of problem gambling seriously. The following tools are available to all registered j9999 players from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period before your account stops accepting further bets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive an in-game notification when your limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Suspend your j9999 account for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period ends. For permanent exclusion, contact our support team directly.

j9999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, cheating, and abuse of the platform. The following activities — and any activities similar in nature — constitute fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a one-per-player bonus.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with j9999 games or systems.
• Coordinating play with other players to exploit game outcomes or bonus structures (collusion).
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Exploiting a known software or pricing error rather than reporting it to j9999 support.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction as a means of obtaining funds already lost through genuine gameplay (chargeback fraud).
• Providing false identification documents as part of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

j9999 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity using automated systems and manual review. Players flagged for investigation will have their accounts temporarily restricted until the review is complete. j9999 will communicate with affected players throughout the investigation process.

j9999 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on j9999, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and where applicable, to send you marketing communications you have opted into.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by j9999 by contacting support@j9999.online.

j9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. In this case, j9999 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before taking any action. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for a further 12 months before being subject to dormancy fees in line with our stated fee schedule.
• Player request — you may close your own account at any time by contacting j9999 support. Any remaining main balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected Terms breach, j9999 will notify you at your registered email address and provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision on permanent closure is made, except in cases of clear and confirmed fraud where immediate permanent closure without prior notice is warranted.

j9999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to you via email and displayed as a notice on j9999 at least 14 days before coming into effect, except where a change is required urgently due to legal or regulatory requirements, in which case it may come into effect immediately.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of a clause, or minor administrative updates — may be made without prior notice. The date shown at the top of this page ("Last updated") reflects the most recent revision date for any type of change.
